Permissions

The Permissions tab provides a list of Administrators, Accounts and Groups that have access to the current document. Permissions are set by clicking the green share button.

A pop-up box will appear from which the user can select an individual User or Group.(Arrow 1)  Once the selection is made, click the “Done” button (Arrow 2) and the selected user or group will now have access to the document.
